I have been a leader in Dance in Education for 15 years and am passionate about the body, anatomy and how we can work to make the best of ourselves. I believe in the incredible benefits of the Pilates method and how it can generate a stronger wellbeing by training our body from the inside out. My approach is inspired by contemporary dance techniques, yoga, the Alexander technique, and the classical principles of Joseph H Pilates and his system of body conditioning. 

I work with breathing to engage the mind, connect and enhance our body awareness.
