As a trained ballet and contemporary dancer, I believe that skeletal alignment, posture, flexibility and core stability are crucial to our healthy well being and injury prevention. I can teach you how to train your body to move differently and efficiently by strengthening your deep stabilising muscles.
I offer private one to one tuition and open and private group classes in Pilates mat and private one to one sessions in Reformer Pilates. These can be in the comfort of your own home with me or online, in studios based in Marlow and its surrounding areas. In all settings I aim to make you relaxed, focused and enjoy exercise, feeling the benefits of quicker results and a tailored experience.
I have embarked on a venture in nutrition, arising from my experience of the benefits of eating paleo; to be happy, live simply!

Suitable for all levels (including beginners)
My classes focus on strengthening and engaging your deep core muscles in order to execute a range of different movement techniques. I aim to leave you feeling centred, lengthened and relaxed. There are face to face and online classes available.
